How long is a session, and how often should I use it?

Will it fit my face?
The shell is face-contoured and the soft straps adjust to sit snugly on different head shapes, with open cut-outs for the eyes, nose and mouth.
Can I move around while wearing it?
Opalienne is corded, so it’s designed for sitting or reclining — on the sofa, in bed or in a chair. Your hands stay free to read, scroll or hold a cup of tea.
Is it comfortable around the eyes?
The eye area is open. Keep your eyes closed during each session and never look directly into the LEDs.
Can I use it with my skincare?
Use the mask on clean, dry skin, then apply your serum and moisturiser afterwards. Avoid photosensitising products before a session.
Can we share one mask at home?
Yes — just wipe the inside of the mask between users. If you’d both like your own routine at the same time, the 2-mask bundle saves 15%.
